Terms of Service
Last updated: May 2026.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using QuickClaw ("the Service"), operated by Cerebratech, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
QuickClaw provides a platform for deploying AI assistants powered by OpenClaw. The Service includes hosted instances, template selection, messaging integrations (Telegram, Discord, WhatsApp), and related tools.
3. Accounts & Authentication
You must sign in with a valid Google account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activity under it.
4. Subscriptions & Billing
Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. You may cancel at any time. Refund requests are subject to our refund policy (within 2 days of initial charge). Feature availability depends on your subscription tier.
5. Acceptable Use
You may not use the Service for illegal activity, to distribute malware, to engage in abuse or harassment, or to violate the rights of others. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
6. API Keys & Third-Party Services
BYOK (Bring Your Own Keys) users are responsible for their own API key costs and compliance with third-party provider terms (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, OpenRouter). QuickClaw does not store your API keys beyond what is necessary to operate your deployed instance.
7. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Cerebratech shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
